CondoNavi is operated by Target One Realty Inc. This page describes the information collected by this version of the service.

What you choose to share

The calculator uses the selling and rental assumptions you enter. Calculations are processed by our service. A calculator result is saved to your account only when you choose to save a property snapshot.

When you request a conversation, we store your name, email, optional phone number, selected service, timing, consent choices and any property details or calculation inputs attached to the request. Brokerage staff may add follow-up notes and update the request’s status.

Accounts and storage

When you sign in, the service uses your authenticated account identifier, email and available name to associate your saved property snapshots with your account. Saved properties and requests are held in the service’s database on Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorized brokerage staff can access received requests. Account holders can view and delete their own saved snapshots from My condos.

A functional language-preference cookie (condonavi_locale) remembers your English or Chinese choice for up to one year. It is not used for advertising.

How the information is used

We use the information to provide your requested calculation, save the snapshots you ask us to keep, and respond to your real-estate inquiry. Consent to contact you about your request is separate from optional marketing consent. Marketing consent is unchecked by default.

Registering interest in tracking a property’s value does not activate automatic alerts. Submitting a request stores it for brokerage review; this version does not promise an automatic email or a specific response time.

Corrections, deletion and consent

You can delete saved snapshots in your account. To request access to or correction or deletion of your submitted information, or to withdraw marketing consent, contact the brokerage. Information may need to be retained where required for legal or business recordkeeping.

A dedicated privacy email has not yet been configured. Contact Target One Realty Inc. through its existing brokerage website for privacy inquiries.

About market information

Building-based estimates depend on the recorded sources, dates and unit details shown with the result. An unavailable estimate means the service lacks the evidence needed to provide a range. Estimates and calculations are decision-support tools and are not appraisals or financial, tax or legal advice.
